"Head start" for pedestrians. Use the NYC trick, give walkers a 7 second head start before turning the light green. This intersection, the one on the bypass and 10th, and the Kirkwood Walnut crosswalk are just 3 places drivers ignore pedestrians as they only look at cars so they can make right turns. Please. Hello, a car was parked illegally in front of my car today on Washington St at the stop sign at 2nd street. Since the car behind me was practically at my bumper, I was not able to access my car and make it to work on time because the car in front of me parked illegally.

This resident at 1351 W Allen Street continually uses the handicap parking spaces instead of their assigned space. They do not have a handicap parking permit. It's been over six months that this has continued; I've been in communication with our property manager, however there hasn't been much traction.

regarding case #161814 the situation at 2600 w 3rd st has become even worse. he has added on a huge red advertising poster on the front of the building about 9'x5' claiming to be the "best". also, regarding the red plastic letters i mentioned before that are affixed, i thought the same words were on all 3 sides, but now i noticed the west side of the building has extra words. i see the case indicates "assigned to brad jackson" so please let him know that if he had already looked at the building, to please look again, since it is now even more garish. thanks
