There has been a white Lincoln car broken down on the side of the street with a temporary license plate that expired in September. The vehicle obviously doesn't run and is turning what would be a 2 lane road into a one lane road. Please send an officer out to mark it for removal as its causing traffic limitations on the street. The car is located on South Sowder Sq.

Hi, There's a fair amount trash at the curb at 128 S. Clark that's been there for weeks. (The front of the house actually faces Fourth St., and that's where the trash is, on Fourth). I don't think any of it has trash stickers, so I can understand why it hasn't been picked up by the city. It's an eyesore, though, so I was wondering if the city can do anything to encourage the owner or renter to deal with it. Not sure if anyone is living in the house; it appeared to be under renovation last fall, and some of the trash looks like stuff left over from the work on the house. Traffic Light on 45 at the Rural King/Sam's Club intersection is only working on a timer vice automatically sensing and responding to actual traffic conditions. Time Observed malfunction 0530 to 0630.

Street light in the cul-de-sac at the end of Browning Place (I think it is #15) has worked intermittently for the last few weeks and may need replacing. I have seen it work a few times over the last few weeks, but most of the time when I take my dog out a night it is not operating. Thanks

Hello, my name is John Kelly and I am the senior bar manager at Kilroys Sports Bar in Bloomington, Indiana. I apologize if i am sending this request to the wrong department. Essentially, we wanted to get in contact with the city regarding the parking out front of our building during late night hours (11pm-3am). Our hope is that we could put in a request to have those spots blocked off during those times during the school semesters. The reason for this is due to safety. With more and more students being picked up and dropped off at the location by ubers, lyfts, etc, cars are constantly coming and going from the location. Our main concern is that when cars are parked in these spots, students attempting to cross the street or make their way to their respective rides are difficult to see for oncoming traffic. If this is at all possible on a semi-permanent basis going forward or even only for temporary large events such as the Little 500 weekend, please contact me at the email listed above and let me know what we need to do in order to make this happen, if possible. Potholes galore in the east lane of Southdowns, starting at Woodlawn untiheading towards Highland.

2 young men at 6:30 this morning were taking down the Stop Sign at 2nd and Mitchell. I asked them to stop since I said taking it down would be dangerous. They said okay and seemed under the influence of influence. After I walked my dog, I returned to the corner and the sign was gone. This is clearly a danger issue. It is a 4-way stop but highly transited.
