There is an abandoned lot that I have to walk through at times and this has progressively gotten worse. There is excessive trash, over growth, unhoused persons running in and out of the building, sleeping loitering on this lot. I spoke to a gentleman that parked a camper there and he stated he paid for camper parking on a website called neighbor.com This lot/building is run down, trashed and poses a hazard/safety issues to other surrounding businesses and homes not to mention the trash that is being thrown into and around businesses there.
Not sure which category this belongs under. Recently, Brawley (of course) tore out the little deck on the front of this building and then replaced it with a huge deck that completely covers the front yard all the way to the sidewalk. Attached is a picture what it used to look like. It looked junky, but the new one looks like something a restaurant along 4th Street would have for customers to sit outside and eat in. Is it even legal for them to do this in a residential area? Did they get a permit to do this?
There is an excessive amount of trash thrown all around this area from homeless and persons using the lot to park/habitate. This is causing an unsafe environment
All summer a fishing boat on a trailer is parked in front of a residence. Sometimes the guy goes fishing but always brings back his boat and keeps it parked on the street. Is this legal to store a boat on a city street? Neighbor said he complained last summer but nothing was done. Thanks.
There’s an oversized blue truck that constantly parks partially on the curb. Today its tires touch the sidewalk. For a month it’s been without license plate(was smurf1) and not sure it’s street legal-/tires way wider than truck body, etc. Noisy.
Huge overflowing dumpster filled with mattresses, stuffed animals, furniture, and other debris close to our apartment complex buildings. It is taking up several parking spots and suspicious people come dumpster diving in it at all hours. It has been there for a long time and is getting concerning with so many mattresses that could draw pests and mold.
There's a very large dumpster placed haphazardly in the Summit Pointe Apt. complex. It gets filled up almost immediately after being dumped and sits there for weeks overflowing. It is taking up residential parking and is right across from apartment units. Mattresses and furniture are always being tossed in it, rotting.

Home has been abandoned for several years. It is not secured (openings and a broken window present). The interior is in a state of demolition. Gutters have trees growing in them. Shed is unsecured. Rear fence fallen over. Debris pile in rear yard.
