The connection from the street to our driveway is very rough with potholes to the point our cars scrape very bad leaving the driveway. Our driveway is fine it’s just the street that it connects to. We’ve notice the city filling in rough spots in our neighborhood so that’s why I’m submitting a request. Our address is 4201 E Cambridge Dr and it would be much appreciated if the street could get repaired that connects to our driveway. Thanks

Pretty good size pothole in the eastbound lane of E Burks. It's located at the exit of the old Wonderbread factory and I snapped a pic.

The part of the street that connects to our driveway is very chipped up and uneven to the point where our cars scrape leaving the driveway. The driveway is completely fine just the street where it connects. I’ve seen the city filing in rough spots in our neighborhood so that’s why I’m submitting a request. My son found this needle last week in the parking lot of the Butler Park Gardens. We went back to the visit our garden today and it was still there so I picked it up and put it in the needle box at the park restrooms. This is the second time in a month or so that our children have come dangerously close to used needles. Baseball field is basically unrecognizable as a baseball field because of the weeds.

The intersection of N Jefferson St and E 5th St currently only has a two way stop. Drivers and pedestrians would highly benefit from making it a four way stop. Cars drive 40+ mph down N Jefferson St, which makes it dangerous when proceeding from E 5th St. It is hard to see if cars are coming, because of the street parking. Many pedestrians have to cross this street in order to get to campus. I believe in the last year there have been at least 3 accidents here.

It would be helpful if the City would advertise road closures with a wide range of public media when they are planning a project. Was it in the newspaper or WTIU or WFHB, etc.? Thank you.
