I reside at 1909 E. Windsor Dr. Recently many of the streets in our neighborhood were repaved and speed humps were installed. However, our street from the corner of Arden Dr to the three-way stop corner of Wilton Dr were repaved but not speed humps. I am advocating for 1-2 to be installed on Windsor Dr between these two intersections. Very few autos stop at the three-way and I believe the speed hump will slow them down as they come to the Windsor & Wilton intersection and make for a much safer intersection. An older resident in the neighborhood explained how Windsor Dr at one time was a straight east-west street and the Windsor & Wilton intersection was a straight T with only one direction having a stop sign. The city, many years ago, changed this intersection to add a three-way stop and curve Windsor out so to slow down traffic. Maybe it worked, but not so much from our vantage point. I have small grandchildren that are with me a lot and I'd like the area to be safer for pedestrians. Lots of dog walkers and people walking in general and there are NO sidewalks for the most part in our neighborhood. Thank you for your consideration of this matter. Hello Haskell Smith, A willow tree is falling apart along the Sheridan Dr/Southdowns Dr corridor (picture attached). The exact location is in front of the property located at 1227 East Sheridan Drive. The tree is rotted and has partially fallen into the ditch, missing a utility pole. V/r, Mark W.

intersection at Sare and Rhorer. If turning left onto Rhorer it's very difficult if not impossible to see around the car to your right that's turning onto Rhorer. Also, cars coming down the hill on Rhorar, to the left are very fast. Should be 4-way stop or traffic light.

The abandoned building behind the Storage Facility I manage is home to many homeless around Bloomington. They are leaving trash all over the ground as well as throwing things into the back side of the property. I myself do not feel safe enough to go back there to clean this up and there are people living out of campers back there and sleeping on the ground. This is causing issues with debris and trash being tossed onto our property causing an unsafe environment. I can not properly clean this area safely and would like the owners if this building to clean up the area from trash and debris.

Cars were drag racing Saturday night on S. College Mall Road. This isn't the first time. Traffic is heavy on S. College Mall Road and drag racing is not only very dangerous, but the noise disturbs the residents.
