my opinion about the parking meters downtown is what I would like to address.I don't like them and think merchants must suffer from lack of business. many times when downtown I leave and go elsewhere due to insufferable parking and difficulty of the meters.
They have had a large pile of branches in their yard for at least 3 weeks now
They have trash scattered in their yard for over 2 weeks now, including broken up cabinets by sidewalk.

The 'bicycle lane' sign is down at 17th and Indiana.
Sign is down on 10th by Hodge Hall. Sign indicates 'divided lanes'.
There has been a broken down dresser in pieces outside of the 908 S Larkspur Ln house for a couple of weeks now. The house seems to have been vacated.
1301 W Woodhill Dr has had trash in the driveway since November.
I do not have water in my house.
