Water Dept: Help please: I am a Bloom City water customer. My water pressure dropped to almost nothing the evening of Dec 17, 2013 at approximately 7:30pm. 420 S. Grant St.- large pot hole pulling off Grant into the alley. 520 N. Grant St.- potholes in the alley between 520 N. Grant and building that shares that lot.
The alley North of 415 S. Grant St. Bldg., south of 423 S. Grant Bldg., and South of the 520 N. Grant Bldg., are very hard to drive on because the thickness of ice that is covering them.
800 block S Fess on the west side of the street. 618 and the house on the NW corner of S. Fess and University have not cleared their sidewalks.

TO whomever patrols SR#37 just north of Bloomington (heading north). THANK YOU for stopping to check when my car was on the side of the road with my hazzard lights on. I SO appreciate the stop. I had called AAA and they were on their way, but I was SO glad that an officer (two different ones) stopped to see if I needed assistance. My flat tire was immaginary (AAA guy was not amuzed but accomodating). The road is bumpy and my indicator light said I had a flat tire, so I did what I thought I should do. So much for BMW indicator lights - they are a bit too sensitive - but I want to THANK those of you who check on stranded motorists. It is so very much appreciated and comforting.
