Abandoned vehicle in neighborhood parking. Vehicle appears to have a flat tire and has not moved for 6 months. Taking of neighborhood parking space. Leaves and brush are gathering around the tires. Car is parked on 3rd & Madison near High Speed. See image attached.

Hello, I am a part of the Adapted Sports Program out of Indiana University. We are wanting to put on a fully inclusive 5K race around the second or third week of April. The plan is to do it along the B-Line trail through town. We are still working on details of the event however we are wanting to get more information as far as what we would need regarding permits from the city. On Saturday I was eastbound on Covenanter and pulled up to the traffic light at College Mall Rd. I was in the right lane and the signal went through a full rotation and never gave me a green light to cross College Mall Rd. I ended up turning right/south on red.

Pot hole filling debris all over the road! Two nights ago we believe that a snow plow inadvertently dug up and distributed debris from a pot hole that was coming undone. Black sticky stuff has been spread up the road and on our driveway (only a little on our driveway). The debris is a a hazard, and of course, the pot hole is too. We hope that the street can be cleaned up sooner rather than later please.
