This person regularly parks their jeep in the grass in front of their house. It's an eyesore to customers of my business next door. I expect my report to remain confidential. This person has regular yard sales (at least once a week), which I think I understand is not allowed. Please do correct me if I'm wrong. It's an eyesore to customers of my business next door. This is my second time reporting this issue. I expect my report to remain confidential. This person also regularly parks their jeep in the grass in front of their house, also an eyesore my customers. I was struck that there are pedestrian ramps on the south side of W. 3rd St. This indicates to me, as a pedestrian, that there is an intention for me to be able to cross Patterson Blvd. Having done this on multiple occasions, I take my life in my hands: there is a right-hand turning lane on Patterson at 3rd. Many vehicles turn right onto Patterson while traveling east on 3rd, and don't anticipate a pedestrian. There is no crosswalk at this location, which will be imperative with the new retail development just west of this intersection. While I doubt that there are many pedestrians crossing here, you may as well anticipate a crossing signal, which would be a kindness.

This house has continuously had "yard sales" every week for the past few years. Is the household paying for their sale signs? I know Heritage Salon pays for their sandwich sign, they're right next to each other. So has this house paid for their excessive "for sale" signs usage for all the junk in the yard? It's an eyesore on one of the main streets of town.

The street lights at the intersection of High Street and Covenanter have not been working properly for at least a month. While driving in the morning, it is extremely dark and feels unsafe.

One of those horrible pear trees have fallen over again. Might be more reasonable to just cut them all down and put in new species everywhere.

There is a pothole on S. Dunn St approximately in the center of the 1300 block. If left until winter, it will get very large.
