The entire sidewalk in front of the Vivo Apartments was never shoveled. On Monday afternoon (three days ago), I observed THREE members of the Vivo grounds crew, as they cleared the Vivo parking lot and entrances to the building. They could have easily cleared the public sidewalk too, but they did not. This is not the first time this winter for Vivo to ignore the requirement to clear sidewalks. Just south of the Switchyard Park entrance on Rogers, in the southbound lane, there are various holes in the road. They seem like they were cut into the road, not necessarily naturally occurring potholes. But, these are an issue that needs to be addressed.

Students have to walk up and down N Dunn St in the dark, days after snow stopped falling, because sidewalks still aren't cleared yet. Witnessed 2 people almost get hit by a car that didn't know students were walking in the street.
