The neighbor at 1215 S. Brooks Dr. has a tiny stagnant pond in her back yard.
It appears that she does not attend to it & as such it is a breeding ground for mosquitos which is a major health hazard, especially considering the diseases they carry.
This stagnant pond & the resulting mosquitos are negatively impacting multiple neighbors on Brooks Dr. & Pickwick Place.
Please address this so it can be cleaned up & the health hazard eliminated

The gravel alley just south of hunter between Highland and Ballentine has had its gravel washed away. There are big potholes and cars bottom out. This is the only way we can get into our driveway. Can the city either grade it level or put a top layer of gravel.
In the winter it becomes impassible for some vehicles

Parking on Unimproved Surface

This is a two way street, and everyone parks on the right side to keep traffic moving smoothly. The house at 1216 is constantly having his girlfriends park with one tire not quite in the grass and rest of the car in the street. One girl had her car hit a few months ago. When they park this way I can't back out of my driveway. It's not a wide street as it is. I just feel we need a "No Parking On This Side Of Street" sign before any really bad damage is done. There is plenty of parking on the other side. I don't know if this is the right place to ask for help but no harm in asking.
