Light bulb burned out near 3229 S Coppertree Dr. Bloomington, Indiana 47401
I lost my wallet Friday night into Saturday morning and was not sure if someone had turned it in. It is a blackish brownish small wallet that clips at the side and zips at the top. It has my ID in it and all of my cards it has my Illinois address. I just moved here a couple weeks ago. I live on the east side of Bloomington and walked from 10th and 46 to Kinser Pike and may have lost it there.
This is a chronic parking violation and unsafe situation for students and neighborhood residents. Every single school day there are 15-20 cars that are illegally parked on both sides of the road Wylie Farm Road by Henderson Street to pick up Bloomington South high school students at the end of the day. Twice I have tried to exit the neighborhood that way when I have had a medical appt and could not get through. There are students walking in the street and cars parked on both sides. It is dangerous for students and neighborhood resident drivers. The cars start parking the half hour or so before school release. There are no parking signs clearly displayed on both sides. City parking staff needs to go there daily to ticket these cars for awhile to get this to stop. I would also suggest parking and/or the police dept. contact the BHSS principle to send out communication to students and parents that this is an illegal parking area for student pick-up.
We are having drain issues in an area behind the mailboxes on Baytree La. In Peppergrass. I keep the drain clean but with the hard and fast rain as a new normal maybe we need something more. Another drain maybe. The water is making our mailboxes sink. Thank you.
Water flooding cul-de-sac Hampton Court. Blocked ,clogged street drains. City responsibility!
Ditch behind our condo has been overflowing with trash from Sare Road and possibly Hyde Park Village. Last year we had 2 carp wash over, as well as a hardware cloth screen approximately 2'X4' and buckets of construction waste. This year we have a christmas tree and several 3-4'boards as well as another 1/2 ton of gravel! I am not sure where any of this comes from but it is unsanitary and eroding our yard. My address is 2724 South McCartney Lane. Others may have reported this. The neighbors are concerned.
This family constantly has vehicles parked in their front yard at 520 W. Duncan Drive. Makes the neighborhood look trashy.
The street light over the mailboxes that are in front of 2700 South McCartney Lane is burned out. ~ Thanks in advance for fixing it.
The street drain cover at the north east corner of our building in the "alley" just west of the Kroger gas station has sunken about a foot! Cars catch their tires. In direct line with said drain the ground above the storm water drain pipe has fallen away and created a 2-3 sinkhole! This is next to the guard rail along Jackson Creek. We are concerned our parking lot will sink next! Thank you. Vickie Temple Davison 812-322-4124 and Kristi Temple Hill 812-322-6657 Owners of Bloomington Hardware
The potholes around town are pretty bad. Hopefully y'all are going to get those repaired now that the weather might be getting better. (There are so many I can't possibly list them all here.)
