The parking meters on 6th street on the north side of the square have the parking zone sticker on the back. You have to get out of the vehicle to see what the zone number is and use the app. Can the stickers please be put on the fronts of the meters? Thank you.

522 W 4th, 714 W 4th, 718 W 4th (large apartment complex), 810 W. 4th ALL OF THESE ADDRESSES HAVE NOT MADE ANY ATTEMPT TO CLEAR WALKS since beginning of storm. They are now solid ice and very treacherous. Just this morning I helped an older woman who slipped trying to navigate. I have called twice—perhaps because we are not a wealthy community like the East side, the city does not care? Could anyone look at these houses and fine these slumlords?

I am appealing citation #25204407133 due to a malfunctioning meter, which would not process my card. I used all of my coins, though I needed to add more time. I tried for 5 minutes. I was no more than 10 minutes over, and not by choice. The meter would not work. They are not functioning well these days - it is more than a bit of a problem.

Why is this lot aloud to be over grown?? From my research tax records owend by same company the owens the Apartment buld right across Westplex The Quaters. Tailwinds out of MN. We can't pick and chose who plays by what rules. Besides it's right on one of are main st. Please see what can be done.
