Couch on porch
Gray car with flat tire has been parked across the street on Lincoln for weeks. Rear driver's side tire is flat. Permit #581END.
There are two dogs at this address, owned by Jake Carter. They are being neglected. Not getting the medical care they need, even though Jake has the money to take care of them. The 1st dog is Ozzie, he's brown. He has serious allergies and skin issues and a very tight collar. 2nd dog is Finn, he's white and brown. He has allergies and skin irritation so bad his fur is almost gone and it is very red and looks painful. He also has a very swelled up ear that looks painful. He's also going blind. Neither dog is potty trained and they poop and pee in the house. Please help these poor doggies.
The multi-use path along Country Club on the north side of the street between Rogers Street and Rockport Road needs some maintenance. There are tree branches and bushes obstructing the path. The surface is also dirty with debris, mud, and gravel.
There is a large pothole by my driveway that has ruined the tires on the passenger side of the car. I have to buy new tires, but until the hole is fixed it will damage the new ones again. Your crew fixed Maple, but not West 4th last week.
Tree limb blocking sidewalk
A number of neighbors on our street have noticed the storm drains at 806 & 809 S. Stull appear to be clogged. We can see the stagnant water through the grate and it is above the culvert pipe and is just standing there. Please see attached photo. We are concerned about mosquito breeding and drain overflow into the street during heavy rain. Please send someone out to fix the situation. Many Thanks!
Overgrowth of trees in alleyway behind house is causing disruption of power lines and rubbing against transformers up and down the alleyway between S. Stull & S. Fess Ave. Our lights were blinking again today during the strong thunderstorm & we could see the lines being rubbed by tree limbs up & down the alley all the way between 1st St. & Maxwell. The power lines are bound to come down in strong wind. Please trim alleyway.
Is this broadband or sidewalk related? Concrete saws at work all over my neighborhood. That cut and some possibly related cracks running from utility covers to the curb are the first since I had my sidewalk replaced in the mid-1990s. For good reason, I assume.
Yard grass too long
