There hole the street that someone could fall and trip into / over in front of my house. It appears to be done by a utility company as it is marked FP but it does not have any protective cones around it. Hi I submitted a ureport a couple days ago about the alley being our house. It is the only access we have to get to our house or to get out to the street. Does the city take care of this alley? I have no way of removing snow so I can get out except a shovel and shoveling 12 or more inches of snow is not doable. Thank you

We have access only through the alleyway behind the houses in this area. Can someone please come out to plow this area so we don't have to dig ourselves out to the main street? I know you are very busy clearing main roads but many of us can't get to work without the alleyway getting cleared. Thank you very much.
