We have a water leak in the bedroom ceiling is soft and turning yellow. Multiple c anything elseracks in walls, very dirty under the oven. Air leak under windowsill. North entrance to building doesn’t lock. Homeless people entering. Dust is stuck to fan blades on ceiling fan and air conditioner. Thermostat doesn’t work and can’t control heat.

Dead tree along sidewalk located on east side of S High Street is leaning precariously on another tree directly over sidewalk.
City maintained sidewalk on the east side of High St. running between Hillside and Arden Dr was never shoveled.

Caller to Sanitation was transferred to HAND to file a ureport. Caller says that for past 3 weeks there has been mattress and furniture on the side of the road and partially blocking traffic. They said concerned about safety since narrow road & that the address is between 1700-1708 due to the mailboxes they are in front of.
