The S. Walnut / Miller Drive traffic light isn't working properly after the utility work was done at the intersection last month. The Miller Dr light cycles green when there are no cars and it stays red on S. Walnut for 40 seconds...way too long for no cars on Miller.

The traffic light at Walnut and Miller has been behaving differently for the past couple of weeks. Walnut is staying red for a really long time with no one on Miller and the pedestrian signs showing a solid orange hand (no pedestrians present). Two nights ago, at 10pm or so, I was stopped with what ended up being 10-20 cars at the light on Walnut while Miller was holding green for no one forever. Miller used to turn back to red really quickly and keep Walnut moving. It's creating a big problem now.

At the crossing between walnut and college between the bypass an 17th (next to verve) The westbound lane has a detour sign pointing right. There is only one tiny one way sign. This will end in someone inevitably going the wrong way following the badly placed detour sign.

The tenants are leaving 4 trash and recycling containers in the grass alongside the driveway all week, very visible from the street. This seems not to be in compliance with the UDO 20.03.030 (h) (8) A. They should move those cans into the garage or behind the house.
