Several large potholes located between Wheeler Mission and Westples Woods apartments.

As you drive north out of S Westplex Ave to get on 3rd St. there is a bush that is blocking the view of oncoming traffic. By the time you inch out far enough to see oncoming cars, you are already too far out. Bush is on the SW corner. It is in the neighborhood of the Quarters and Dillion. Students will be back soon and that intersection will have heavy traffic soon.
At the bus stop on W 3rd St and S Westplex Ave there are homeless individuals who camp out at the bus stops; they have mattresses, trash, and needles around them. This situation makes it unsafe for other individuals trying to ride the bus as well as causing a disturbance to the neighboring businesses. I've contact the transportation department and filed a uReport but nothing changed.
There's a 3 way stop at this intersection. The cars coming off Runkle way toward S Welmir can't see clearly toward the oncoming cars off of 3rd street (the cars that don't stop) because of the bushes planted on the little divider. Almost got hit the other day creeping out so I could see!
Street lights are out for several blocks and have been since at least the beginning of September. The entire street is pitch black at night and I feel unsafe walking home.
Street lights are out on E Third St and S Washington St, E Smith Ave and S Washington, and E Second St and S Washington St. Every street lamp on S Washington has been out since at least the beginning of September. The entire street is pitch black at night and it creates a very unsafe environment for when I and other residents on or around S Washington walk home.
People dropping and receiving drugs in mail boxes of the apartments in Goldcasters building.
I am a driver for MCCSC. I currently drive route #114. I drive every school day through and past the intersection Walnut Pike and Fairfax Road. I have always noticed an extremely hazardous drainage embankment on the west side of Walnut Pike at this intersection. I have often thought how careful I must be so my bus does not come too close to this embankment for fear of the bus falling on its side especially under icy or slippery conditions. With or without students this would be a disaster. Yesterday, October 15, I actually witnessed an accident of one car falling into this drainage embankment and flipping on its side which prompted me to write in. I am the driver who radioed the accident into MCCSC transportation base immediately after it occurred. Please adjust this severe ditch so no more accidents occur.
At 3:54 pm today, an emergency vehicle was approaching this intersection from the south (with lights and sirens) and a white BT SUV turned from W Grimes Lane onto N Walnut Street. The emergency vehicle turned west onto W Grimes Lane, making their paths a close call. This is just a friendly reminder for them to stop and yield rather than turn right before the emergency vehicle reaches the intersection.
Sidewalks are not cleared in front of the pet store and JCB State Bank. High School students were forced to walk in the street, in the dark, to get to school. S Walnut is a very busy street with fast drivers and I am concerned for the safety for the children.
