We have a water leak in the bedroom ceiling is soft and turning yellow. Multiple c anything elseracks in walls, very dirty under the oven. Air leak under windowsill. North entrance to building doesn’t lock. Homeless people entering. Dust is stuck to fan blades on ceiling fan and air conditioner. Thermostat doesn’t work and can’t control heat.
A homeless person has set up camp next to railway tracks just north of the Park Ridge neighborhood park. It is disguised as a pile of sticks. His 2 bikes are easily noticeable next to the Grimshaw Trail. One can follow his tracks to the campsite as he has survived the cold of the last 2 weeks.

Reported by BikeSmith (112 S College) a homeless shelter made out of cardboard was erected on their rear deck, between 113 S Gentry and 117 S Gentry, next to 119 S Gentry. Can the City go out to make sure the woods all along the entire length of the Rail Trail from Country Club to Gordon Pike are clear of homeless camps? These were all evicted previously and there may be people living on the City property again. This morning there were multiple men screaming and yelling obscenities at each other back in the woods along the trail. This is dangerous for everyone who uses the trail, as it is a secluded, wooded area that has had a ton of safety issues previously. This area has had fights, frequent searches for wanted people who have committed all manner of crimes, weapons have been found in those camps, and there was deemed to be a serious fire hazard. I have smelled some smoke recently, suggesting their may be illegal burning happening again. Do not let this problem continue, as it was already dealt with and needs to be routinely enforced. These encampments are a serious danger.
Homeowners have recently seen evidence of a homeless encampment in the wooded preserve bordering this neighborhood and request that police check on this area.
There has been trash dumped everywhere that does not belong to us as well as food laid out on the sidewalk/ our property. Someone filled their recycling bin with trash and overflow trash and it did not get picked up. Could this be collected as we have both an animal and homeless problem. Thank you.
The lights at Switchyard do not come on when they are supposed to. Specifically at the skatepark and path around it. They seemed to fix it when an event took place Nov 8, then just turned them off since. People not only at the skatepark but also people who walk the path, can’t see where they are going at night. It can be very dangerous especially considering that the homeless sit around all day and night over there. If someone could please fix this issue, then everyone who often goes to the park would appreciate it very much. Thanks
Just saw vicious dog fighting. 2 pit bulls always loose and another were fighting and it took at least 3-4 people screaming and pulling to break it up. The gray n white dogs often in our yards, and no one with them. They stay in the shed behind the house where Several homeless people live
