There is a bicycle at the North West corner of the intersection of 1st and Fess streets that appears to be abandoned. The rear wheel is bent such that it appears to be inoperable and it has been locked to the sign post at that location for a few weeks now. Hello, There is an older black Honda Civic with a missing front bumper that appears to have been abandoned in this location, just to the north of the Reformed Presbyterian Church's parking lot entrance on Lincoln Street. It has been there since approximately September and looks like it has been stripped of anything valuable and left to decay, which is bad for the neighborhood. Thanks in advance for any help on this.
