After my report to the City about the malfunctioning walk like at Third and Franklin I was notified that this traffic light is maintained by I69. How is that possible? Can someone please provide information regarding getting the walk light fixed or could the City possibly forward the issue to I69? This is such a hazard.

I reported a potential sinkhole in the street in front of my property in August 2016. The hole opening into the what I believe will become a sinkhole was immediately patched. Now, new construction has just begun on adjacent lot 3880. concrete trucks making deliveries to that site have now created a ten foot long , 2 foot wide, 2 inch deep indentation in the pavement directly above where I suspect a sinkhole. The pavement is permanently damaged and parts have broken up. I realize that making repairs while construction is in progress is probably not practical, but I wanted to immediately make the city aware of the damage. I don't know if this is something the builder will be expected to take of or if is the city. Regardless of whether its the city or the city makes the builder take care of it, I would appreciate the city giving me the assurance that the damage will be repaired as soon as practical. Thank You! A low-flying yellow single-engine airplane has been flying at low altitudes directly over the residential area, towing a banner, for hours a day, every day, for the past week or so. It's just circling for hours, not coming in on approach for landing.
big hole in the street needs to be filled. dangerous for bikes and a killer for auto alignment. Left behind by a company digging internet lines.
Walk light at 3rd & Franklin from north to south is not working properly. Walk light does not illuminate after pushing the button on north side of intersection. The "don't walk hand signal" is steady and never changes to the white "human" walk signal. The verbal cue "Please wait to cross" does engage. I cross the intersection every day and the walk light has not worked all week - June 5 thru June 8.
Recurring traffic congestion when west-bound volume increases (e.g. rush hour). Congestion backs up as far east as the railroad tracks and prevents traffic from reaching destinations between the rail road tracks and up to and including the first traffic light west of the SR-37 south-bound ramps. Potentially, the timing of the traffic lights at and west of the SR-37 south-bound ramps do not allow sufficient throughput to prevent the congestion. Requesting gathering of traffic data to determine if a temporary (i.e. during rush hour) timing change should be made to alleviate the congestion during recurring (and therefore predictable) times of the day.
