Attempted to charge EV in garage at approximately 2:30 pm on Saturday, 10/25. Charger blocked by non-EV. Called city to report, but person who answered phone refused to do anything.

I am appealing citation #25204407133 due to a malfunctioning meter, which would not process my card. I used all of my coins, though I needed to add more time. I tried for 5 minutes. I was no more than 10 minutes over, and not by choice. The meter would not work. They are not functioning well these days - it is more than a bit of a problem.

Hello, I work for the County and have a parking pass to the Scotty's garage. It has not worked for me at all last week or today. It will not let me into the garage, but it will let me out.
