Other: This cop 1705 has been blocking the alleyway for over an hour yesterday so far (30 minutes is the legal amount) Really bad for business to have a cop car right next to your business door. He does this often and it does not improve the safety and negatively impacts business to have him stationed on Kirkwood in such a manner.
