Other: I just wrote another ticket about the stationing of a cop outside my business. (203632) I approached the officer and asked him to keep moving along as to not deter customers. He was immediately condescending, admitted to watching a movie while idling next to my business, and then attempted to brush off my request as “anti cop” which was deflective of the conversation I was trying to have as a tax payer and Kirkwood business owner. It’s not hard to understand that cops are easily an intimidating presence especially in patrol mode right next to your business door. Car #1705
