I saw hypodermic needles being thrown in the trash.
They go around picking up lots of then daily they go in a bucket they carry with them ,
After mixing the needles with trash they dump the bucket in the dumpsters.
Why is this happening?
How does the city not know this is happening when it is funded through the city of Bloomington..

Requesting tree inspection, the tree line along my property belongs to the city. There are trees that appear dead or dying and are leaning towards the roof of my house.

The "Stone Mansion" on Washington has damage to the stone wall. It's a historic structure, so I hope it is fixed with regards to that and not a cheap fix.

There are homeless people living in sheds behind this house. They have numerous dogs and one of them attacked a man in the backyard a couple of days ago. These dogs are always off-leash and also come into other neighbors' yards agressively. We need the city to deal with this situation

The abandoned building behind the Storage Facility I manage is home to many homeless around Bloomington. They are leaving trash all over the ground as well as throwing things into the back side of the property. I myself do not feel safe enough to go back there to clean this up and there are people living out of campers back there and sleeping on the ground. This is causing issues with debris and trash being tossed onto our property causing an unsafe environment. I can not properly clean this area safely and would like the owners if this building to clean up the area from trash and debris.

The HOA at Wilmington Court is in need of reinstalling new wood timbers borders along the front of this building. We are not able to fit a timber along the front of this area because it appears this water meter cap has slid down almost to the sidewalk. The identical one on the other side of this entrance is quite a bit further up in the bed.
Can we please have it looked at? Thank you! Abby Seifers, Wilmington Ct HOA Board Member

#206651 was closed by Rob Council with this note: "Addressed issue with property owner. Will follow up."
What does this mean--that Rob will follow up or that the Homeowner will follow up? It has been 30 days since I mailed the owner a certified letter and 19 days since I filed a nuisance complaint. The "resolution" of the report tells me nothing. Did the owner say that he would remove the dead parts of the tree? Does the city agree that it is dangerous? I am no less worried today than I was 4 weeks ago, but the case is closed.
