Vines and weeds are overgrown and blocking sidewalk adjacent to property owned by city below storm drain pump station on the Southwest corner of N. Ramble Rd West and E. Russian Dr. Vines and weeds along fence and property owned by city block sidewalk access, forcing people to walk on street on a blind curve creating a life safety hazard. Traffic Suggestions

2982-2986 South Sare Road

Case Date:
1/28/2018

This is the worst stop ever for a bus stop. On two occasions, I have witnessed close calls by drivers stopping very hard and abruptly. It's at a location where the two lanes into the roundabout begin, but cars stop making everyone behind them stop. Very, very, very, very BAD location for a bus stop.

At 10:04pm on Monday, June 2, 2025, I observed an older white SUV go from the west bound lane of Country Club into the east bound lane of traffic head on, then back up into the gravel/grassy area on the south side of Country Club and east of the Rail Trail parking lot. There is a gravel road that runs parallel to the Rail Trail there. I also saw headlights from a second vehicle facing north on the gravel road further down to the south, which would have been beyond where the gate is located that should keep vehicles out of that area. These appear to be homeless people. They need to be removed and that area needs to be secured so that no homeless people can drive vehicles back into the woods and live along the road. That part of City Property has already been subject to eviction and cleared out. The homeless need to be removed immediately from anywhere and everywhere along the entire stretch of the Rail Trail from Country Club to Gordon Pike, as well as anywhere along the gravel road running parallel to it. This area needs to be continuously monitored so they do not return.
