Brown/white bully mix constantly barks. It has jumped the fence twice already, I am worried one of the young kids in the area will be attacked. This dog is aggressive when inside the fence, not managed or contained properly. Owners have been spoke too by numerous neighbors about their concerns for the behaviors of this animal. They have said it was "rescued" from being a bate dog.

Abandoned car with expired plate parked on the public street Southern Oaks Drive for more than 1 month
