The sidewalk is broken and jagged and is a serious tripping hazard. My wife tripped on this sidewalk while running and received a huge laceration above her knee, which also damaged her tendon. This sidewalk is a serious lawsuit magnet.

No, that post about how "they" don't clear on Saturday and Sunday was talking about the CITY clearing ROADS (not residents shoveling sidewalks). I'm sorry that was not clear. I don't think it's correct, just an exaggeration, that "they" don't plow snow on weekends. Please confirm that the City plows on weekends. (I think you do, but i could not swear to it in court.) I don’t know if I am contacting the correct department. We walked by a retention pond and huge drainpipe on Buick-Cadillac Dr. A foul-smelling odor, smelling like potent bubblegum, grew in odor and started taking our breath away. I was reminded of a similar odor emanating from an Eli Lilly plant on the south side of Indianapolis. Should this water area in the midst of commercial activity be analyzed? We don’t wish to breathe in toxic fumes.
