Other: I don’t know if I am contacting the correct department. We walked by a retention pond and huge drainpipe on Buick-Cadillac Dr. A foul-smelling odor, smelling like potent bubblegum, grew in odor and started taking our breath away. I was reminded of a similar odor emanating from an Eli Lilly plant on the south side of Indianapolis. Should this water area in the midst of commercial activity be analyzed? We don’t wish to breathe in toxic fumes.
