Other: Re 1536 so Andrew Cir. 47401. #46187-002. We live at 1548 so Andrew Cir and own the adjoining lot which has a sprinkler system but no structures. It is undeveloped. Over the past three months we have been billed for a medium cart at $16.48 per month. We never ordered this cart and have been getting bounced from utilities to sanitation trying to resolve the issue. The city owes us $49.44 and we want this error removed from any future billing.
