Yard Waste:

Other: I have a complaint against Duke Energy. They cut trees near a power line off of my property, resulting in the need for massive yard cleanup. They determined it falls under “acts of god” and therefore my responsibility. I’m asking the City to take action. I do not have the funds or manpower to haul this away.
