Other: Ever since the city stopped picking up leaves there has been a sign ‘No leaf pickup this year’ in the grass at the corner of Covenanter and Ruby. It is overgrown by grass and weeds. It suggests that no one mows there. Can the sign be removed by the Sanitation Department?
