803 S. Larkspur Lane (the map on ureport is not working) Lawn has been over 8 inches for more than a week. City employees have presumably been by because it has been reported before, but for some reason it has been marked as "Not valid." As the picture shows, it is clearly well over 8 inches; the Bloomington code limit for lawns/weeds. If this is so apparent, why is this property not being cited? In case the wrong address is being visited, 803 S. Larkspur Ln is on the east side of Larkspur at the very north dead end of the lane. It's another rental from Jeff Jones (Pendragon). This neighborhood has to constantly deal with these horrible properties and this horrible business. Please help us keep this neighborhood kept up to a decent standard.

We have a house located at 1222 s stull ave. A couple of weeks ago the street department filled in a large wash out area in front of the house. That worked great and thanks. I then spoke with your personnel about also filling in the area between the street and the driveway. Filling this in would complete the project and would eliminate cars from bottoming out when going in or out of the driveway. Your consideration is much appreciated. Hello. My name is Seung Jae, Lee and I am writing about double charge on my water bill after I left the States. My account number was 49236-012 I lived at 2789 E.Bressingham Way, Bloomington, Indiana, 47401 (MeadowCreek apartment complex) I finished my service on May 11 and I paid rest of my charge which is $73.64(Confirmation #: 184023 Date: 6/14/2017 4:28:10 AM) But, I realized that after I got my final check from my leasing office at MeadowCreek(It says sewer portion of unpaid CBU bill), so, can you check whether $73.64 which paid on Jun14 is processed or not? If processed, could you refund it? Thanks.

I am working with account #40809-003 where there are adjustments for $537.77 on the current bill. I spoke with Edie twice on 7/19/17, that a corrected bill was not available at this time. We are unable to process payment without a detailed record as to what the charges are for. In the interest of being specific we would need a breakdown as follows: Service periods being “adjusted” and usage/consumption for both meter numbers (69341719 AND 09308909). We would also need charges broken out for Water Service, Water Usage Charge, Fire Protection, Wastewater Usage and Service Charges during the period of time in which the charges were corrected. Please Protect the account while this is investigated.

VOLUNTEER NETWORK ISSUE: I tried to use the Volunteer Network to sign up for ushering Cardinal Stage events. I had completed all usher slots in the Cardinal sign up, then found out that it is now via Volunteer Network. I tried to complete usher sign up, for the shows I had already done sign up for, and made a huge mess. I believe I am now registered for every Cardinal show of Garfield EXCEPT the one I wanted. Please remove me from all the shows I have signed up to usher as it appears in the Volunteer Network..
