This is in reference to uReport Case #161251. I was told to pick up my refund at the Morton St garage office. I've been there 3 or 4 times so far, and no one is ever in the office. Can my refund be mailed to me, or is there a better place to get it. Thanks.

Because Kirkwood is closed traffic is backed up all down 6th St and Indiana. I spent 20 minutes trying to get from Indiana and 3rd St and 7th St. I work in the Poplars Building and park in the Poplars Garage and it took me 10 minutes to leave for an appointment this afternoon when there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Because of all of this traffic I was forced to take an extra 30 minutes at lunch and will have to leave 30 minutes early so I can be sure to pick up my daughter from daycare before they close. I don't have the PTO to spare and I am so frustrated. I didn't know the road would be closed until today when a co-worker mentioned it, other wise I would have had no idea. I am so angry and so frustrated that you closed this street, especially if it really was for a driverless bus test. Go test it somewhere else where you don't have high traffic! Indiana is always down to one lane.Please do not close the road tomorrow. This is going to cause accidents, not to mention the MASSIVE inconvenience. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Really need double Yellow line down 10th St between Morton & Rogers. Drivers get confused at the parking lot entrances as to which way 10th St actually goes. With all the new students it is getting worse.
I respectfully request that you paint crosswalks at the corners of Daniel and Forrestor and David and Forrestor in the Hyde Park neighborhood. We used to have crosswalks, but they were covered over on those three corners during recent paving and need to be repainted. Many people cut through the neighborhood on those streets and often roll through the stop signs. The Crosswalk will make it safer for the children and others who cross those streets on the way to Schmalz Park. Thank you for considering this request. Have a wonderful autumn.
Dangerous crosswalks on 17th street. My father almost hit a pedestrian because it was so dark on 17th street and a lot of glare making it hard to see a pedestrian who suddenly crossed the road wearing ear buds and completely oblivious to the fact a car was coming and he could not be seen. If I had not screamed in time he would have been hit.
Trash web page out of date, still describes stickers, Have to find the separate page on the new system. Also no contact email for how to request can size change, it just says you can--how? I don't want to phone. I am hearing impaired--didn't think of that did you? ADA design!!
a few weeks ago i wrote on ureport about the missing crosswalk button device at the intersection of west 3rd street & franklin. later when i looked at ureport again i could see that a city engineer had contacted the i-69 project to tell them it was their problem. it still didn't get fixed, so i called the phone # for 1-69 & left a voice message. a man from there called me back & said that their project doesn't go that far, so it's up to the city to fix that. his name is kirk roth so if there is still a dispute, please call him at the phone# on their website. this needs to get resolved please for pedestrian safety at a very busy intersection. people who live on yancy etc need to cross there to get to the bus-stop across the street to go to work. thanks
Yard Waste- what are we supposed to do with yard waste now? The website needs to be updated. There is no current information on the new system and we bought our house without being given any information about the new program.
