Many trees and shrubs have caused walking on the sidewalks hazardous and difficult - especially in the dark. The streets are narrow and animals are constantly abound, making an option to walk on the road undesirable.

Not sure if this section of road is city or county controlled...but this intersection desperately needs a street light. It is very difficult to see at night.
haven't seen any humans around this property for several days. At least one dog on property (there were two, but I have only seen one recently). Can access inside and outside, I believe, but I don't know if there is food or water. Dog's condition has deteriorated in recent couple weeks-dull coat in need of attention, ears and eyes not as alert as usual. Welfare check needed. Back yard is also extremely overgrown, untagged junk RV sitting in front driveway. Several problems are apparent. Property care has declined steadily over last 6 months. All the trees planted in the right of way along roads through the fields are mulched in a manner contrary to the city tree care administrative guide (ie with mulch volcanos) and in violation of city code.
I need to know who to contact about a construction permit displaying in the window. The owner listed on the sign is fraudulent. The locks have been changed. My sister Christine Wilhelm and son Charles Swinehart are the Owner. My brother has been in hospital and nursing care since July 1st 2016. He has been released but now he has no place to reside. Sheriff office responded to trespassing call on Saturday morning. They only said that it is a civil matter. I do not have permit number from the sign but it is dated 12/7/16.
There are limbs blocking view of school buses
Our recycling bin went missing after trash pickup yesterday. We've checked locally and haven't been able to find it. Just wondering what we need to do to get a new one.
