Walking the trails and street line next to Latimer Woods and at the bus stop of E Buick Cadillac Blvd and S Clarizz Blvd I realized that there has been more trash filling in this area. There are now three shopping carts and some homeless encampments. The area has a foul smell. I walk this area almost every morning and this part of the woods has gotten worse with trash and encampments.
Run each morning next to the mall and the Latimer woods and there have been homeless encampments in the wooded area of Latimer woods for 3-4 months now. This morning it had a more unusual foul smell than usual, like the smell of something/someone dead. There is broken glass and trash throughout the woods and coming out of that area as well
There is broken glass out in the road at the three way intersection of Buick Cadillac Blvd and Clarizz Blvd. There are encampments in Latimer Woods that are bringing this trash and glass out.
Water is bubbling up from the ground in two spots. Also sounds like air being squeezed out of something.

MSI rent-a-cops are driving their golf carts all over the park, not staying on paths, and creating ruts, ripping up grass, and undoing the drainage remediation. They're causing flooding and icing of the creek path.
Why are the tennis court (along Woodlawn Ave) lights still on after 10 pm?
This car has been parked in the same spot for at least 3 months maybe longer. It is blocking the street department from picking up leaves, is hindering trash trucks. The tires are going flat from not being moved. It needs removed from the street
