The runoff from Dunn street continues to pose a serious problem for all houses on the west side of the street. It is a high point at Dunn and Tamarack Trail and the amount of water coming west from there has caused serious flooding problems all the way down Glendora. I have put in a triple pickup to deal with the overflow as have other neighbors but the amount of water is just not manageable coming from the top of the hill. I know that there is a plan to put in a sidewalk on the east side of Dunn and hope there is a plan for the runoff water. The attached short video is after only 30 minutes of rain causing serious flooding to my west neighbors house. I tried to attach as a zip file but the video is still too large (over 10Mb). This morning I was almost hit by a Ray's Trash garbage truck that was going the wrong way down 6th street. The driver seemed to know what he was doing.

My trash was not collected this morning. (5-6-25) this is the second time it has happened it first happened on 4-22-25. My trash lid is closed and the waste is in bags. The can is always put right at the end of my drive (which ends on the road on Adams St). I just want to know why this is happening and what I can do to keep it from happening in the future. I pay to have the trash collected so I would rather not have to load it in my truck and pay again to have it disposed. Thank you.

Trash and recycling bin have been left on the street for more than a month. The recycling bin has trash in instead of recycling. Occupant of house need to be notified why recycling is not being taken.

Small sinkhole roughly 1 foot in diameter has appeared in the drainage ditch area in front of our main production facility. The hole is knee deep but appears to have very soft ground inside. The hole is very close to a fire hydrant, so we aren't sure if its a result of storm drainage/runoff, or if there might be a leak somewhere. We're hoping the City of Bloomington can come out to take a look and advise of next steps.

On Sunday a man was spreading weed killer on the lawn at City Hall. There were people with kids and dogs in the area that had no idea there was poison in the grass. Why was this allowed? Isn't the City supposed to put up signs if it uses chemicals on the grass? Why are they even using chemicals? This issue needs to be reviewed, if only for public safety.
