I just submitted another ticket for this location but made a mistake. The shrubs are blocking the sidewalk on the west side of the street south of smith
There are shrubs blocking the sidewalk on the east side of Rogers south of Smith
There are branches and shrubs blocking the way through the sidewalk on the west side of Madison between 2nd and Smith.
There is loose gravel and sand in curb area, some of which is in the pedestrian path area.
The sidewalk has a severe depression that collects rain (and ice in the winter), often to a depth of 3 or 4 inches. The problem started last year immediately after the area was reconstructed with new grass on either side. Someone did not think about the consequences of building grass higher than the level of a sidewalk that is not level.
Intersection of E 10th St. and E. Discovery Parkway has no crosswalk or pedestrian signaling. I have noted numerous people sprinting across from the bus stops adjacent to the USPS building and Fountain Park Apartments. It appears to be a busy enough pedestrian area, whether it be to access the College Mall area, get to the post office, or otherwise make it back to one's home.
There is a large amount of sand in the road next to the bicycle shop.
The sand and gravel in the bicycle lane was never removed (from Old State Route 37 to 11th Street), even though it was reported 16 days ago. See Case #204099.
Large amounts of debris, plant overgrowth, and logs in the road
