Smith and Morningside, thank you for painting a bit in the area but never did crosswalks there. Super important at intersection as kids cross, is bike path both ways, etc. Said would this summer in prior report so wanted to make sure the crosswalk painting wasn't going to be forgotten since painted other stuff in area but not them. When we get a quick rain the shower downstairs backs up. I was concerned that it was an issue in my pipes but have had the drain snaked. Also I can turn on the shower and let it run for a while. It only happens when it rains and seems that it is getting worse. It's pretty nasty to clean up every time it rains. Is there anything the city can help me with on this issue?
A plant in the yard of 3401 Ashwood has grown over the sidewalk on The Stands Drive, making it difficult for kids to bike and others to walk on the sidewalk.

404 W Kirkwood Ave, in back of house where parking is - trash all over and growing since last week. This co-op has had issues before with grass growing long, furniture on roof top etc. Now there is trash, broken furniture, plastic and clothing and trash strewn around the back side of the residence. It is an eyesore.
