The front porch rails are broken out, the rails appear to be unstable, sagging and possibly rotted. The porch sets up high above grade where the porch rails are out. There is a young child living in the house. This presents a danger. Jeff Jones/Pendragon owns this property. This has been the case for the past 2+ years. This family is a new renter and this was not repaired between renters.
Pendragon properties . Cleaning crew at 1040 filled trash cans at these 3 homes and none were picked up today . They filled recycled cans with garbage also .
There are two potholes that probably should be filled before it gets worse.

Series of large deep potholes and general disrepair of street
Work vehicles and heavy machinery was left parked right by my driveway making it unsafe to back out and possibly pull in. I almost ran into one of them backing out of my driveway this morning. They are parked directly behind where we pull out. I want them moved immediately please it is unsafe and dangerous and if I back into one with a vehicle, I’m going to be very very mad. They take up half the road. I wish I had a picture to give you, but I’m already gone from the house today.
One of the city pear trees along the sidewalk outside of our yard dropped a limb.
Two abandoned shopping carts located on the sidewalk running on the south side of Winslow. These are full of belongings and have been here for the past two days, blocking the path.
East light is still out at the three-way stop. They did repair the west one.
