Fullerton Pike, east of 37. Since all of the heavy equipment has been through for tree removal, the roads are terrible. I've seen multiple near wrecks due to people trying to miss potholes and driving on the opposite side of the road over hills. It's very, very dangerous.
This road has completely fallen apart. Large stretches are literally missing, it's not a pothole. The I-69 trucks have made it even worse.
The I-69 trucks are destroying Fullerton Pike Rd, which was already in terrible shape.
During the most recent snowfall (between 3/16 and 3/25 can't remember exact date around 6am). I hit a pot hole on Fullerton Pike between Rockport and HWY 37. Caused damage to the right bottom of the bumper. I have seen the crews out there patching it up at least twice over the last week. Talked to insurance company about repair and was told to report it to Bloomington DPW. What is the process to submit a claim for damages.
Street remains over half blocked by tree on power line. Duke Energy knew nothing about it. Why hasn't the city reported this to Duke? This is a heavy traffic road that's down to a single lane with no warning signs.
Someone has spray painted the word war on three stop signs in Winslow Farm - one at the corner of Laurelwood Drive and Wylie Farm Road, Bent Tree Drive and Wylie Farm Road and Bent Tree Drive and Hickory Stick.
There are two very large and deep muddy puddles in the large dog park area at Switchyard. One is located by the large tree in the center of the park, and the other is located by the sitting area under the green awning. My dog recently got into the muddy water, ate and drank it, and became severely sick for several days. After speaking with several dog owners at the park, this has happened with their dogs too, so it is definitely a health hazard. It is very difficult to keep the dogs away from these areas. This does not seem to be a problem just after rainfall, but most of the time. I ask that they be filled with gravel or fenced off to allow for regrowth and to keep dogs away in the meantime. I submitted an erosion/drainage issue behind my house (2201 E. Autumn Dr. Bloomington IN 47401). Someone from City called and left a message for me saying that it is on private property therefore City will not take care of it. I showed it to several other folks and in their opinion, it is City's responsibility since the rainwater pipe is the one causing the damage. I am not sure if your site visitors went to the location to verify this. The rain water from the entire neighborhood comes through this pipe and ends in the creek. I am attaching a picture with this form so that you can take a look at it.If the site visitor wants to visit again, this is happening in between (the back of ) houses 2201 and 2200.
Three trees, honey locust, City owned trees have roots that have buckled sidewalks and my driveway is dangerously close to each one on either side of my driveway. People have tripped, with walking, then with canes, walkers, strollers and I have tripped and fallen due to trying to shovel snow in the winter because of these sidewalks I will provide photos in the next few days.
