Sidewalk across from ABA auto sales on E Wylie Street is blocked with furniture brought over from unhoused persons. Persons there after hours when the Shalom center closes. Should outreach come out as well for services?

I have two dead trees, that has not bloomed in Spring or Summer, close proximity to my house- causing potential hazard. Regarding traffic light at 45/46 and Kinser Pike. When on 45/46 at that stoplight the left arrow only turns green and red and never turns a flashing yellow. I have sat at that light for awhile when no cars were coming but couldn’t turn cause it was red.
