Last Friday, an IMI concrete truck dumped its load on Spicewood Lane. IMI did a poor job of cleaning it and left the gravel in the curb. The gravel is damaging the new surface of Spicewood Lane. Husky is left tied outside all day. Water not accessible today because under little trampoline type bed for him to lay on. Shelter is canvas dog house that blows around. Left out for long periods of time- all day into evening without shelter except for canvas one. Water is not heated so most likely frozen . I do not want them to know who reported . I am afraid of retaliation from them. It is a. They have two pigs inside as well as other dogs but this dog is left out most of the time.
