Hello,
I hoped to register for a program through the parks department but the registration links do not appear functional at present (I get an error after clicking on them):

A student reported to IU Police Dept. on Friday, 9/25, that the crosswalk on 10th Street in front of Psychology was not very visible. Although it has signs up, they felt the lines on the pavement were not very visible. Thanks Jill (IU Grounds Department).

Today at 1:18pm I was traveling north on Hawthorne and came upon someone from parking enforcement parking directly in the middle of the street, blocking traffic from both sides, as well as the 'neighborhood greenway' bike path, in order to (I assume) write a parked vehicle a ticket, despite there being available parking along the east side of the street (both in front of and behind the large silver SUV shown on the right hand side of the photo). The officer returned to the car and moved out of the way upon our approach (although not for the bicyclist that was ahead of us). While we didn't wait very long, I would think parking out of the way in the first place would be the preferred method for performing his duties, rather than blocking traffic to do so. Just a thought.

Hello, I wanted to find out information on temporary rentals in Bloomington; services like airbnb, vrbo, and others. Is there information online or could you direct me who to contact about rules/regulations/taxes?
I have a second question; I would like to convert my 2-car garage into a studio apartment; can direct me to finding out more about permitting and rules/regulations?
Thanks for your help!

Light on corner of Kinser Pike and Hwy 45, with Marsh on the right. The left arrow light isn't green long enough. Most days there is a long line of cars backed up and only 2 or 3 can get through at a time.
