For west-bound drivers turning left (south) from 10th St onto the Bypass. Of the two left turn lanes, the lefter lane is blocked by a mound of snow at the end of the turn. So when both lanes of drivers turn left, the lefter drivers try to squeeze into the righter lane at the end of the turn. Please clear the mound of snow in the middle of the intersection, or block of the lefter left turn lane on westbound 10th st to prevent collisions.

We have rectangle tracks of land - this neighbor hasn’t mowed this section of his yard all summer and it is now 4 feet high with snakes in the grass. Others around have been made to mow it and have kept up their grass.

Please add a flashing light and signage at the crosswalk where the B-Line crosses Rogers to alert drivers to be prepared to stop for pedestrians. It's especially important because the sidewalk on the east side of Rogers is closed, so people entering or exiting the B-Line there need to cross from or to the west side of Rogers. (I.e., we can't walk on the east side and cross Rogers at the stop sign at 11th St.)
