Enormous amount of trash along the side and behind the house.
This looks like a possible place that rats and other vermin could be living.
This is a rental property and the area has had numerous trash, excessive growth and disrepair complaints.

Tenant recycles for a living, but he stores stuff all over his front and side yards. He also relocates bicycles and scooters. It detracts from the beauty of the neighborhood.

Garbage is all over the back of the lot. It looks like a dump. It is covering the woods and smells really terrible. There has been a person(s) living back there and they have a restraining order against them. The property is covered with trash, food, furniture, and needles. It is a hazardous area. The woods keep it covered during this time of the year, but when the leaves are gone it is really obvious that it is being used as a place to live.
