I do not like getting on your site to try and pay my bill. it's distracting and not just an easy, pay bill here.

Hi, I sent the below emails a few days ago and haven't heard back. Can you let me know if the DIRECTV resource can be added, or who I should speak to regarding my inquiry? I can try a phone call next week if this is a busy time. Thanks, Chris On March 7th at 10:19 AM <cneedham@email.direct.tv> wrote: Hello, I just wanted to send a follow up to the email I sent you a few days ago. Your new u report working for me Thanks
Hello Folks, Please consider removing the restrictions on permissible files for uploading. The current size & limited file type is unhelpful for reporting. Under the previous administration, I could snap a photo of the issue & then submit with UReport to the City of Bloomington. With the current site revision, one is unable to send a photo from most cell phones. Thank you.
The parking in this town needs to be fixed. You should be ashamed of yourselves wanting to take money from college students having to park illegally for short periods of times due to the lack of parking in this town. It is ridiculous and it needs to be fixed.
When I try to click on a permit I previously applied for in the Civic access portal, I receive an error message. This prevents me from checking on the status of the permit. I also received this error message two weeks ago when I tried to check on another permit.
Can’t submit a stolen or missing item. The link sent to me after submission says link failed.
The main webpage for the uReport system starts with "Report a issue". It should say, "Report *an* issue."
Your incident report form requires the DOB of the property owner or complainant, but since there is no option to hand type the date, I would have to click back in the calendar hundreds of times from the current date to reach my DOB. No thanks!
I am unable to find recorded Zoom meetings online anywhere. Is there a collection of them available to the public?
