I live at 5547 e Earl Young. My neighbor at 5505 E Earl Young Rd. had taken apart pieces of her fence which allows her untrained pitbull to roam onto our property. There is also a privacy and safety concern due to the neighbor being extremely mentally unstable. I would like a city official to go over and make her or her landlord repair the fence as to not let her or her dog onto our property.
Zero water coming to the whole street
Several days between last week and including today June 29 almost no water pressure. Not enough to flush toilet, do dishes, take shower. Last summer same thing!
This may not be the exact location, but there's a cluster of like four deep potholes on Earl Young Rd right around here. Honestly, there's a bunch along the road if you all could please go along and fill them in.
Pot holes were fixed several weeks ago but due to all of the rain and poor condition of our road they are back and worse. Thanks in advance for your help.

Numerous large pot holes
Multiple potholes on East Earl Young Road between Wellston Drive and State Road 45. The potholes are causing traffic to drive across the centerline on both hills that are on E Earl Young Road.
I live at 6594 N Netha Ct Bloomington, IN with my two dogs. We have a fenced in backyard but to take my dogs out I must go through my front yard with them leashed to get to the gate. Last year my neighbor's dogs cornered me and my dog on our front porch and bit his tail. I called the nonemergency line ad sheriffs were sent to my house but the neighbors did not answer the door and the dogs were not home by the time they arrived. Since then I have dealt with them trying to get in my fenced in yard, and not being able to take my dogs out when they are outside. Today, my husband went to take out our 11 week old puppy and him and the puppy were cornered again on our front porch by our neighbors two dogs and they tried to take our puppy out of his arms. Our neighbors do not seem to care about their dogs coming and doing this and I am not sure what to do.
