Excessive Growth

I live at 1602 South Renwick Blvd. The house north of me on the corner of Cathcart and Renwick Blvd is mostly finished from the outside. The yard is overgrown with tall weeds. Nothing has been done since everything began to grow in the spring. The vacant lots are kept mowed. There is also significant silt runoff into the street drains. There are pile of red mud that are being washed down the sewer drains in rivers every time it rains.

West Pointe subdivision (enter from Allen/Larkspur or Adams/Woodhill) -- MANY houses that are rentals or vacant have excessive growth. Need to drive through entire neighborhood to see the many that need to be addressed. Some sidewalks are covered in weeds. Also, several homes have excessive mold on the exterior, one house has the garage door removed and sitting inside garage (been this way for months). Tree limbs that need trimmed; hazard when walking (need to look through neighborhood for several homes with this issue).

The empty lot at this location has a giant Beech? tree right at the edge of the property that rains leaves, branches, and bark down onto my property (105 E Sunny Slopes Dr). Probably not much can be done about that, but the giant tree is also leaning sharply toward my house! I have no idea how to contact the owner and alert him/her to that accident just waiting to happen. I don't want to lose one end of my house WHEN that tree falls. Please advise... Thank you.
