Worst at 4140 stipp, 4960 (or maybe 4690), this road is in desperate shape, some very, very dangerous spots for a moped or motorcycle. In one place the road is gone entirely!
several very large pot holes all the way down to where the road meets Winslow farm road. the bit of road here is so bad it might be easier just to repave it entirely. the road has a few thousand cracks and the asphalt is coming up everywhere
sidewalk blocked by low hanging tree
tree down on Waldron between 4th & Kirkwood
Newly patched spot, but it's about two inches lower than the road, had to suddenly slow my moped to 5mph to go over it and that's dangerous.
Poorly timed traffic lights. maybe it seems like a small problem, and maybe its only noticeable during the summer months, but it seems common that cars are brought up to full speed only to have to stop at the next light while traveling a main route (Walnut, College Mall Rd, and Winslow Rd). It would be spectacular to allow the algorhythm thats used o determine when the lights change to be open source and worked on by IU informatics students. My primary concern stems from fuel efficiency.
The street light there has gone off and on four times in the last 10
On Winslow Pike where it crosses Henderson the road is quite ragged after having been patched many many many times . It really needs to be scraped somehow and relayed. On my moped especially I have to slow down a lot which traffic isn't expecting and creates a dangerous situation.
